Week 2: Inviting Curiousity

Building awareness about our state with self-compassion practices, with curiosity

Week 3: Building Your Foundation

Beginning with a plan for understanding what brings you a sense of  stability.  and a plan for expanding the comfort zone

Week 4: Connection & Co-Regulation

Understanding how our capacity for connection and co-regulation grows through out our lifetime.  How you need  co-regulation before developing self-regulation skills.

Week 5: Resources & Safety

Building our connection to our resources in the internal and external environments

Week 6: Preparing for the road ahead

Integrate practices and tiny habits for ongoing success
