Course Summary
Throughout the course, you will learn and specific practices to use when you feel unsteady!
You can learn to create EASE in real time and to notice.
In addition to the live class we have created so much more to support you between between sessions whether 1:1 sessions or group classes
What is included in your course?
Throughout the course, there is a blend of instruction and application of what we are learning in real time. We will discuss the when, where and why of these best practices using a trauma-informed framework.
We have weekly recordings in addition to the live classes. We will be working with all the practices for creating EASE in real time.
After your live weekly class you have access to:
• the class recordings
• ongoing community groups for discussion
• discussion with classmates and instructors
• Ongoing access to this platform and an easy to use app for your device
• Monthly support group access
Weekly Plan
Week 1: Creating Your Comfort Zone
If we don't have some awareness of our comfort we can't be safe. We need to know where we are before we can head into the wilderness. Having a compass and road-map and some tools for comfort as we embark on the road.
Week 2: Inviting Curiousity
Building awareness about our state with self-compassion practices, with curiosity
Week 3: Building Your Foundation
Beginning with a plan for understanding what brings you a sense of stability. and a plan for expanding the comfort zone
Week 4: Connection & Co-Regulation
Understanding how our capacity for connection and co-regulation grows through out our lifetime. How you need co-regulation before developing self-regulation skills.
Week 5: Resources & Safety
Building our connection to our resources in the internal and external environments
Week 6: Preparing for the road ahead
Integrate practices and tiny habits for ongoing success
